Meet Charmaine J. Simmons

My theoretical orientation integrates humanistic principles with evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and brief solution-focused techniques. I help individuals gain control in the areas of anger, focus problems, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions and occupational stress. I also specialize in using mindfulness as my foundation. I coach clients to give them the tools they need to be able to embrace “the now”, live in the moment and live life feeling more productive, more positive and more peaceful.
