Individual Therapy

My approach combines thoughtful reflection with practical guidance. Together we will work to understand the deeper roots of pressure, responsibility, and overfunctioning so that you can begin to release what no longer belongs to you and reconnect with your own internal authority.

I offer virtual individual therapy for adults in Texas in the following focus areas:

Investment in Therapy

Therapy is a space dedicated to slowing down, reflecting, and working through patterns that have often developed over many years. Many clients find that investing in this process allows them to experience meaningful shifts in how they relate to themselves, their work, and the people around them.

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes – $195 per session

Insurance and Payment Options

Some clients choose to use insurance benefits, while others prefer private pay for greater flexibility and privacy.

When therapy is billed through insurance, a mental health diagnosis is required and aspects of treatment may be subject to insurance guidelines.

Private pay allows therapy to remain more confidential and flexible. It gives us the freedom to focus fully on your goals, pace, and areas of growth without the limitations that can sometimes accompany insurance-based care.

I currently only accept Aetna insurance and also work with out-of-network clients. A superbill can be provided or submitted on your behalf so you may request reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Therapy Intensives

Some patterns take time and space to fully explore. For individuals who are ready for deeper reflection and focused work, therapy intensives offer an immersive alternative to traditional weekly sessions.

A therapy intensive provides several uninterrupted hours dedicated to understanding the patterns that have shaped your life and beginning the process of releasing the pressure you may have carried for years. Many clients find that this extended time allows for deeper insight, meaningful emotional processing, and a clearer sense of direction moving forward.

Intensives are particularly beneficial for thoughtful adults who have spent much of their lives being the responsible one and are ready to step out of survival patterns and reconnect with their internal authority.

Therapy intensives may be a good fit if you:

  • feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted through weekly sessions
  • want space to reflect more deeply without feeling rushed
  • are navigating a major life transition or decision
  • want to better understand long-standing emotional or relational patterns
